Anthony Jackson

Vice President, Finance & Operations

Anthony partners with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans in support of the organization's overall strategies to support its agents and clients. Prior to joining Windermere Real Estate, Anthony served on the executive leadership team at the largest full-service real estate company in Texas with over 2,000 agents, mortgage consultants, title professionals, insurance agents, and employees. He has held several other positions within the industry, including with the San Joaquin Valley market leader based in Fresno, CA. Anthony is a Sacramento native and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from California State University, Fresno.

Jamie Crawford

Director of Marketing

With over 18 years of experience, Jamie Crawford is a dynamic marketing leader and graphic designer known for developing innovative strategies and compelling visual communications. Passionate about real estate, she specializes in creating impactful marketing campaigns, strong brand identities, and strategic media planning to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth in the industry.

A skilled leader, Jamie has a proven track record of managing multi-person teams, executing complex marketing initiatives, and overseeing high-quality design and production across digital and print platforms. Her expertise includes budget management, large-scale event coordination, and optimizing digital marketing efforts, ensuring each campaign delivers measurable results.

Sara Baty

Controller

Sara joined Windermere Real Estate in 2002 and serves as the Controller. With 25+ years of accounting experience, she oversees the day-to-day operations of Windermere Signature Properties' accounting department, including commission processing, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger functions, financial reporting, and annual budget preparation.

A hands-on leader, Sara is dedicated to fostering teamwork and efficiency, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments to provide exceptional service to agents, clients, and colleagues. She works closely with department heads to maintain clear and effective communication throughout the organization.

A Sacramento native, Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, with a concentration in accounting and a minor in criminal justice.

Lisa Lozano

Director of Career Development

Lisa Lozano is the Director of Career Development at Windermere Signature Properties, where she spearheads the ELEVATE Coaching and Training Program. With a career in real estate dating back to 1997, Lisa has transitioned from a successful agent to an accomplished real estate trainer and certified professional coach. In her current role, Lisa focuses on empowering both new and experienced agents with the skills and strategies they need to succeed. Through her proven coaching methods, she not only teaches the fundamentals of the industry but also guides agents in growing their businesses and building sustainable, thriving careers.

Janet Hubbard

Director of Relocation

Janet is a trusted mentor and advisor, specializing in relocation and referral opportunities that drive retention, recruitment, and growth at Windermere Signature Properties. She and her team have contributed to multiple accolades within the relocation industry and the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network, including the prestigious Crown of Excellence for exceptional performance in sales, conversion, and service.

Having grown up in Orange, CA, and lived abroad in Guadalajara, Mexico, Janet offers a unique perspective. Her extensive service and sales experience, combined with her personal understanding of the challenges of relocating—having moved between countries—gives her the ability to offer invaluable insight to relocating families. With over two decades at Windermere Signature Properties, Janet's international experiences have shaped her deep empathy, which she applies to agents, clients, and colleague interactions. As the daughter of a veteran real estate agent, she has an intimate understanding of the hard work and dedication required in the industry.

Janet’s background in talent recruitment and international sales for Fortune 500 companies has equipped her with a white-glove approach to relationship-building and business development. She leads and trains a team of agents, guiding them through the complexities of corporate relocations and setting high standards for network partners. Additionally, Janet helps agents expand their businesses by creating unique opportunities, such as Military on the Move and securing new referral accounts.

Ashley Andreoni-Romo

Director of Property Management

Ashley joined Windermere Property Management in 2016, bringing more than a decade of experience in multi-family property management with a proven track record in repositioning properties to maximize cash flow for investor clients. As Regional Manager for the Greater Sacramento area, she oversees on-site and maintenance staff, manages budgets and financial reporting, and implements strategies to address deferred maintenance and strengthen community operations.

Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Sacramento State University and holds the California Certified Residential Manager designation from the California Apartment Association. She is also an active member of the NARPM Women’s Council, a nationwide organization dedicated to empowering women in property management.

Today, Ashley leads one of the region’s largest property management teams, overseeing more than 1,500 doors and ranking as the fifth-largest single-family property management company in Sacramento, according to the Sacramento Business Journal. She manages a team of 30 property managers while also supporting more than 800 Windermere agents and their clients with a full range of property management services.

Meagan Murray

Director of Agent Success

Meagan serves as a valuable guide for both new and experienced agents seeking to partner with Windermere Real Estate. She is passionate about introducing real estate professionals to Windermere's inspired culture, uncommon support services, and abundant resources. Corin Elvick

Director of Human Resources

Corin joined Windermere in 2015 with over 20 years of experience in human resources management and operations, working in the construction and homebuilding industries. As Director of Human Resources, Corin oversees our full-service HR Department and staff located at our corporate office. Corin and her team provide coaching and support to our leadership team, employees, and agents in the areas of workforce relations, benefits, payroll, recruiting and onboarding, disability and leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, employment law, and compliance.

While it is important to provide our employees with high-quality benefits, process payroll and keep our workplace compliant, Corin believes that having fun at work is equally important. Whether it’s planning a potluck or our holiday party, it’s the little things that foster a culture of collaboration, camaraderie, and workplace satisfaction. Corin was born and raised in a small farm town in Minnesota. Over 30 years ago, Corin and her husband moved to Sacramento to pursue their careers, built their home, and raised a family. Corin attended Minnesota State University in Moorhead and Sierra College in Rocklin, where she received her degree in Business Administration. She received her Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) in 2007 and currently serves as the company’s Notary Public.
